Reservation Policy

Upon arrival, we’ll need the Taxpayer Identification Number or passport details (for foreign guests) of the person who made the reservation.

You’ll also receive a key for your apartment.

It is one of two; we keep the other key with full respect for your privacy.

The parking lot gate remains open throughout the day.

Should you need fire-fighting equipment, you can find fire extinguishers in the storage shed and in the rear patio (pergola).

Apartment cleaning supplies may also be found in the rear patio (pergola) and the external storage shed.

The municipal water distribution network ensures that we never run out of clean, good-quality water.
The local tap water is fine for consumption.

Should your stay last for more than 4 days, your closets will be furnished with clean sheets, pillowcases and towels to cover the rest of your stay.

Energy is valuable.

The ideal air-conditioned temperature is 26-28 °C in the summer and 20-24 °C in the winter.

Please make sure that all apartment doors and windows are shut before turning on the air conditioners.

Please do not discard used toilet paper or other refuse in the toilet.

There are recycling bins in the pergola for guests to sort their waste by material.

After you’ve changed them, please leave your sheets, towels and pillowcases outside your apartment in the morning, where we’ll gather them for washing.

Our accommodations possess lovely outdoor areas for smokers.

Smoking is expressly forbidden within the apartments, to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

Bath towels may not be used at the beach.
Beach towels are ideal for that.

Please be respectful of each-other and take care to avoid disrupting your neighbours’ peace and quiet.

The televisions in our apartments come with Netflix and Disney+ for guests’ entertainment

All good things eventually come to an end.

We kindly request that you be on time for check out, so as to facilitate us in preparing your apartment for the next guest.
